Large dynamic aggregates of BDC2.5 Th cells were observed in one
222 μm × 180 μm objective field. This video was generated by projection of 16 images spanning 48 μm in
the z direction onto a single plane. This movie is 30 minutes long in real time and compressed to 10 seconds in this video.
This result represents similar observations made in a total of six 6-week-old NOD mice in three separate experiments.

cells were found to aggregate after the entire LN was surveyed. This video is from a field that had the most transferred BDC2.5
Th cells. It was generated by projection of 12 images spanning 36 μm in the z direction onto a single plane. This movie
is 20 minutes long in real time and compressed to 6.7 seconds in this video. This result represents similar observations made
in a total of six new-onset-diabetic NOD mice in three separate experiments.
