The following table lists possible problems you may have with your subscription to the printed version of Immunity, along with suggestions for remedying each problem.

I want to change my mailing address

Click the 'Your Details' link, which is visible when you are signed in to Immunity Online, and enter your new address.

Allow 4 weeks for the change of address to take effect.

An issue was late

Email us at subs@cell.com, telling us:

your Subscription Number
the volume and issue number of the late issue
the date you received the issue.

We will investigate the matter for you.

Please also check that your address is completely accurate. Missing or inaccurate details (apartment, room, building, P.O. box, street number, or zip/postal code) will delay delivery.

U.S. delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Airmail delivery can take 2-4 weeks. Surface delivery can take 4-6 weeks.

Cell is published every 2 weeks, while Neuron, Immunity, and Molecular Cell are usually published during the third week of each month.

An issue was damaged or missing

Email us at subs@cell.com, telling us:

your Subscription Number
whether the issue was damaged or missing
the volume and issue number of the issue.

A damaged or missing issue will be replaced if we are notified within the appropriate claim period:

for US and airmail delivery (3 months from the issue date)
for surface delivery (4 months from the issue date).

I received a renewal notice, but I already paid my subscription

Email us at subs@cell.com, so we can verify receipt of your payment.

Processing subscription orders can take 2-6 weeks. Sometimes the renewal notice is mailed before your payment is processed.

If you believe that you have already paid, please do not send in an additional payment.

I want to buy a single issue of the printed journal

You can purchase a single issue of the printed version of any Cell Press journal. The price of a single copy of Cell is $, except for the annual review Issue, which is $. Single copies of Neuron are $ each and single copies of Immunity are $ each. A single copy of Molecular Cell is $.

All orders must be prepaid. You may pay by check (payable to Cell Press) or credit card (Mastercard, American Express or Visa only). Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
